                               RESOLUTION NO. 20725
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
                  OF PORTIONS OF EAST 12TH, EAST 13TH, EAST
                  14TH, HOLLY, HICKORY AND HAWTHORNE STREETS,
                  MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON THE LEGAL
                  DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED
                  HEREIN BY REFERENCE, SO AS TO PROVIDE TRAFFIC
                  CONTROL IN THE HIGHLAND PARK AREA.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of portions of East 12th, East 13th, East 14th, 

       Holly, Hickory and Hawthorne Streets, more particularly described 

       on the legal description attached hereto and incorporated herein
       by reference, so as to provide traffic control in the Highland
       Park area.
